Elizabeth Gasper is a seasoned executive who is passionate about seeing good ideas achieve success, particularly those that make the world a better place to live. She has a long record of successfully managing companies in a variety of industries and stages of growth through start-up, turnaround, IPOs, secondary public financings, mergers and acquisitions. As the managing director of Beyond the Bottom Line’s West Coast Operations, Ms. Gasper works closely with clients to build and strengthen internal structures and operations to manage their growth and succeed in their overall missions.

Ms. Gasper has more than 20 years of experience with public and pre-public companies in a variety of industries including hardware, software, educational toys, robotics, cleantech and social networking. Her background includes a unique combination of financial, operational and entrepreneurial experience having managed finance, accounting, manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, HR, IT, legal, treasury, IP and investor relations groups within established as well as emerging companies.

As the interim CFO of LeapFrog Enterprises, a provider of educational toys, Ms. Gasper was key in transitioning the company's infrastructure and financial management from a pre-public company to that of a well-developed, publicly traded company. As the interim CFO and later, interim CEO of Ugobe, the creator of Pleo, the robotic dinosaur, Liz was key in transitioning the company from a pre-product, development company to a multi-million dollar organization with distribution in more than 30 countries. Samples of additional projects Liz has completed for her clients include: strategy and optimization of company capital structure, systems implementations, establishment and management of outsourced manufacturing operations, development of IP strategy, establishment of job classifications and compensation guidelines.

Prior to launching her consulting practice, Liz held executive and senior management positions at: RightWorks, Red Envelope, Portivity, Scopus Technology, Sybase and Tandem Computers. Liz has also served as an advisory board member to a number of companies, including Big Bang Ideas, the parent company of Big Boing Toys, which was acquired by Cranium and currently for Trueffect, a provider of software to the online advertising market.

Ms. Gasper graduated magna cum laude from University of California - Irvine with a degree in Economics and a minor in Global Peace and Conflict Studies. She earned her MBA in Finance from UCLA.
